Virtual Notary Pro (the "Service") is operated by JasFus Labs / H.M. Group Limited ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with JasFus Labs / H.M. Group Limited. Notarial acts are performed by Himna McLaughlin, Notary Public in and for the Cayman Islands.

By using the Service, uploading documents or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We provide remote notarization: you upload documents and a government ID, pay a flat fee based on the number of documents, take part in a live video identity verification, and receive sealed documents with a certificate of notarial compliance. The notary may refuse to notarize any document where identity cannot be verified, the document appears unlawful or incomplete, or a notarial act would be improper.

You must be of legal age and have authority to sign the documents you submit (and to bind any organization you act for). You must provide accurate, complete information and a genuine, current ID.

You must not misuse the Service, including: using it for any unlawful purpose or fraud; submitting forged documents or someone else's identity; sending spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with security (introducing malware, probing, scraping or attempting to access other users' files).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, documentation, templates and branding. You keep ownership of the documents you upload; you grant us a limited permission to store and process them solely to provide the Service.

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or end your access, or cancel an order, if you materially breach these terms, do not pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
